In 1977-82 - worked as a master, chief engineer of engineer-technological service, head of the oil department, head of the department of capital and underground drills repair at "Suleevneft"("Tatneft"). In 1984-85 - chief engineer of "Yamashneft" & "Urievneft" Cos, head of "Urievneft" ("Tatneft"). In 1988-93 - chief engineer, deputy general director, general director of "Langepasneftegaz" Co. In 1993-94 - vice-president of oil combination "LangepasUraiCogalymneft". Since 1994 - first vice-president of oil company "Lukoil". Married, has a son and a daughter.
